Job Description:

Represent clients in immigration matters before Immigration Courts and USCIS. Responsibilities include conducting court appearances, providing legal counsel and client consultations, and drafting legal documents such as motions, briefs, and supporting evidence.

Qualifications:

J.D. or LLM and Admission to New York State Bar. 1-year experience as Attorney or Law Clerk in filing of VAWA petitions, defense in removal proceedings, BIA appeals, and asylum claims. Proficiency in using Westlaw.
